Whether it’s Zoom, coffee meetings, phone calls or text messages we will aim to be available to you as much as you need. Weekly check ups in our mind leaves too much room for negative thoughts and slip ups that will have minimal effect actually putting you back, as this program is completely individual we will plan out how much contact and what type of contact you need and want so you get the sufficient support you need as an individual to be successful. We will also refer you to our extensive list of recommended people if you need help outside of what we specialise in.
